 OWLS

The Owls (Older and Wiser in the Lords’ Service ) ministry of our church is to those %% and over.  It is designed to involve seasoned saints in fellowship and ministry.  A monthly luncheon coupled with an organizational meeting is the hub around with which the ministry revolves.  Picnics, cookouts and excursion are routine activities of the group.  A prayer chain is maintained for praying for the needs of the group, the church, and the community.  Visitation is also a vital part of shepherding the group.  In addition, they are in charge of some special ministries in the church like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Parent’s Day, and Grandparent’s Day.
